Developmental editing is an essential step in the book publishing process. We collaborate closely with authors during this phase to address any major concerns in their novel drafts.

Developmental editing is a comprehensive process that delves into the core of your manuscript, tackling various aspects such as plot, characters, pacing, voice, and overall storytelling. It plays a crucial role in unveiling the true potential of your writing. However, we do not provide suggestions for word choice, syntax, or tone to maintain the author's unique writing style (line editing). Additionally, sentence-level errors like punctuation and grammar typos are not our primary focus (copy editing).
